When you submit a project application, we collect the information you provide, including your name, your preferred method of contact (your Discord username or email address), your role or title, and the project details you submit.

When you use the Sites generally, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and reliability purposes.

We use the information you submit to review project applications, create listing and promotional materials for accepted projects, and communicate with you about your submission.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information submitted through a project application may be shared internally among Spartan52 team members involved in reviewing and processing that application.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spartan52, our partners, or others.

We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to review your submission and, if accepted, to administer the resulting Content License Agreement.

You can choose what contact information to provide when submitting an application. If you would like information you have submitted to be corrected or removed, you can reach out using the contact options listed on our Work With Us page.

The Sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Spartan52 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Sites following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
