If you submit a project for consideration through the Sites, the information you provide may be used to review your project, create listing materials, and communicate with you about your submission.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, featured placement, promotion, or any type of platform status.

Content that is accepted and listed on the Sites is subject to the separate Content License Agreement entered into between you and Spartan52.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including those operated by our partners and brands. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

The Sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Spartan52 does not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan52 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites.
